February 3rd marks National Women Physicians Day - the birthday of Elizabeth Blackwell, the first woman to receive a medical degree in the United States. Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital celebrates this day and American Heart Month, by highlighting Marguerite “Peggy” Crawford, M.D., pediatric cardiologist and director of cardiac MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) imaging at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Heart Institute.
