Jessica Marchione, senior director of nursing, is the DAISY Nurse Leader Award recipient. She was nominated for this honor by a colleague who wrote:

From recognizing birthdays and anniversaries, checking on how we’re doing personally and thanking employees for the work we do – Jessica is appreciated by us each and every day.”
“Through the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jessica ensured that we were provided with the most up-to-date information and really took the time to address questions and concerns. She challenges us to be better than we were the day before, supports our leadership decisions and allows us to grow. Jessica believes in her team and inspires them to never give up. No matter how difficult things get, she finds a way to push you forward and encourage you to keep going because you know you’re never in this alone – she has your back.”
