Senior Director of Facilities and Support Services Operations
Anna Stratigos is the senior director of facilities and support services operations for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She provides executive leadership to departments ranging from real estate management and facility operations to food services, housekeeping and supply chain. Her strategic vision led to the early development of a comprehensive value analysis program in 1999, which has been driving significant value and a savings of about $1 million annually from 2007 through 2018. She also assisted in the design and construction of the current hospital, Outpatient Care Center and Central Energy Plant projects, which was more than a $440 million construction project and opened in 2010.
Stratigos started at the hospital as a financial analyst in 1993 and has an exceptional record of growing revenues, reducing costs, improving operational processes, and driving patient and employee satisfaction to deliver long-term results. She led creation of the ergonomic committee to support employees. She also led introduction of the popular room service program, and bedside patient entertainment and hospitality system for our inpatients.
Stratigos received her bachelor of business administration degree with a major in accounting from Cleveland State University; earned a Green Belt Lean Sigma certification from Johns Hopkins Health System; and completed the Harvard Business School Leadership Program.
