Divya Joshi, M.D., M.M.M., F.A.A.P., F.A.C.P.E., C.P.E.

President, All Children’s Specialty Physicians and Vice President, Physician Services

Dr. Joshi is the president of All Children’s Specialty Physicians (ACSP) and vice president of Physician Services. She joined the hospital staff in 2020.

In her role, she merges physician practice, department, institute and ambulatory leadership with the goal of improving patient experience, safety and quality, and staff satisfaction. Dr. Joshi works closely with leaders across the organization to establish shared strategic direction and advanced integration of clinical services.

Dr. Joshi brings more than 20 years of experience as a physician leader and pediatric hematologist-oncologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Vienna in Austria, and completed research and clinical fellowships at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

Dr. Joshi began her career as an attending physician at Nemours Children’s Clinic and Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando. Later, she served in physician leadership roles at Marshfield Clinic and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Wisconsin; Torrance Hospital Independent Practice Association in California; Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital in California; and most recently as the chief executive officer of pediatric services for OSF Healthcare, a 13-hospital system based in Illinois. She is board certified in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology and Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine, and has a Master of Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
