Interim Chief Financial Officer

Gerad Theriac is interim chief financial officer at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the hospital staff in 2019.

Theriac strategically leads and oversees the financial areas of the non-profit hospital, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, managed care, decision support, reimbursement, treasury, taxation, budgeting and forecasting. He develops and presents financial performance and initiative updates to the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and Johns Hopkins All Children’s Foundation Boards of Trustees, committees and leadership, and management councils.

He joined Johns Hopkins All Children’s in 2019 as senior director, financial planning. Before joining the hospital, he served as executive director of finance at St. Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan, chief financial officer at Magee Women’s Hospital at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and financial controller at the Detroit Medical Center.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s in health services administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
