Senior Director, Marketing & Communications
As senior director of marketing and communications, Natalia Diaz oversees the hospital’s marketing and communications operations, including internal communications to physicians and employees and external marketing strategy. She joined the hospital staff in 2019.
Previously Diaz served as director of marketing and communications at Brandon Regional Hospital, a 438-bed tertiary hospital in Hillsborough County, Florida, where she oversaw the hospital’s marketing, strategic communications and media relations. She successfully led efforts to promote a $60 million emergency department expansion that included a new pediatric emergency department, two new free-standing emergency centers and various new service lines.
She also previously served as director of marketing and public relations at South Bay Hospital in Sun City Center. Before her work in hospital marketing, Diaz was a community relations coordinator and marketing manager at Amerigroup where she managed outreach activities for the organization’s Florida Healthy Kids health insurance program. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of South Florida.
