- New Walmart/SAM'S CLUB Pediatric Emergency Center more than triples the size of the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Emergency Center
- Equipped with a permanent decontamination unit in case of a hazardous materials related event
- Made possible by a $5-million pledge from some 10,000 Walmart, Sam's Club, Super Center and Distribution Center associates at 98 locations throughout west central Florida
- Convenient Parking Lot outside the Emergency Center
Vinny Lecavalier Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorders Center
- Vinny Lecavalier Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorders Center occupies 1/2 of an entire floor
- 28 Bed unit designed with a positive pressure environmental system, allowing patients whose immune systems are compromised by disease, treatment or transplant to avoid isolation in their rooms
- A dedicated playroom for immuno-compromised patients
- Made possible through a $3-million pledge from the Tampa Bay Lightning star and team captain Vinny Lecavalier
