Family Health and Wellness

Helping families live more fit and active lifestyles.

Whether your family is just starting a journey to a healthier lifestyle or looking for extra help, we know how important a support system can be.

Our team of dietitians, behavioral experts and exercise specialists created unique community-based programs to provide families with the tools for developing healthy and active lifestyles. From prevention to intervention, hands-on activities encourage children and families to do their personal best and reach their individual goals by providing the latest nutrition, fitness and mental health information.

In addition, we continue to engage in cutting-edge research to further our understanding of the genetic, physiologic and behavioral issues that put children at risk for unhealthy weight. This combined approach to both treatment and discovery is our mission.
