Our free family cooking class introduces kids to foods they may not have tried before and the skills needed to prepare a nutritious meal.

Allkids in the Kitchen is a special online series designed for children ages 7 and up that focuses on making healthy choices and gaining valuable culinary skills. Children gain confidence in the kitchen and parents get an opportunity to turn meal time into family time. Together, parents and children can help each other form lifelong healthy eating habits.
