Healthy Start Infant Academy

Expectant and new mothers and fathers-- the infant academy provides information/education on relevant topics related to your child's safety and development. 

In partnership with the St. Petersburg alumni chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, the Healthy Start Infant & Child Academy is designed to provide education on the following topics:

  • Safe Sleep
  • Breastfeeding
  • Child Development
  • Car Seat Safety
  • Infant Care

Upon completion of this workshop, you will receive supplies related to the educational topics.

Workshops will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Event registration and continental breakfast begins at 9:30 a.m.
 

Prenatal registration criteria:

  • Mom must be at least 6-months pregnant
  • Mom/Dad must have an infant under the age of 6 months

Registration is for new attendees only and will remain open until all spots are filled.
Father and caregivers are encouraged to attend.
Child care is not available and children over the age of 6 months cannot be accommodated.
