Healthy Start Infant & Child Academy

Expectant and new mothers, fathers or parents of children up to age eight-- the infant and child academy provides information/education on relevant topics related to your child's safety and development. 

In partnership with Sunshine Health, the Healthy Start Infant & Child Academy is designed to provide education on the following topics:

  • Safe Sleep
  • Breastfeeding
  • Child Development
  • Car Seat Safety
  • Infant Care

Upon completion of this workshop, you will receive a certificate and supplies related to the educational topics.

Workshops will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019, 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Event registration and continental breakfast begins at 9:00 a.m.
 

Prenatal registration criteria:

  • Mom must be at least 6-months pregnant
  • Mom/Dad must have an infant under the age of 6 months

This event is for Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Healthy Start program participants and Sunshine Health recipients only.

Registration is for new attendees only and will remain open until all spots are filled. Child care is not available and children over the age of 6 months cannot be accommodated.
