Dr. Cook specializes in pediatric radiology with a focus on PET/CT and musculoskeletal imaging at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2019.
She previously served as associate director of pediatric radiology at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Northwest and assistant professor at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Springdale, Arkansas.
Her clinical interests include neuroimaging but she enjoys all aspects of pediatric radiology. Her previous research focus was on epilepsy and seizure imaging with her most current research focusing on the changing workforce and professional challenges within the practice of radiology.
Dr. Cook earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed an internship at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan. She then completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Oakwood Southshore Hospital in Trenton, Michigan, and a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
She is proficient in Spanish.
