Background
Dr. Cronin specializes in sports medicine and primarily sees patients at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital main campus in St. Petersburg, Florida, at IMG Academy in Bradenton and at the Outpatient Care location in Sarasota. He has a large clinical focus on dance medicine and the needs of the young dancer. He joined the medical staff in 2022.
Dr. Cronin has extensive experience as a team physician, including serving with age grade and U.S. women’s national rugby teams. Most recently, he served as a sports medicine physician in Seattle.
Dr. Cronin earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also completed a pediatric residency. He completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
