Background
Dr. Kartha specializes in pediatric cardiac anesthesiology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. He joined the medical staff in 2005. He is an assistant professor of Anesthesia and Critical Care in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Kartha earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio. He completed a transitional residency at Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center and an anesthesiology residency at Loyola University Medical Center, both in Chicago. Dr. Kartha completed a clinical fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at The Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto.
