Global Learning Objectives
After attending this activity, the participant will demonstrate the ability to:
  • Outline strategies to recognize and prevent common performance and diagnostic errors in the primary care setting.
  • Practice quality improvement strategies to increase patient safety in the pediatric office.
  • Apply current guidelines, policies, and recommendations applicable to multiple pediatric specialties.

This course is designed for the continuing professional development of pediatricians, family practitioners, pediatric specialists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, medical students and residents, nurses and other healthcare professionals in the field of pediatrics.
