Children with congenital heart defects are living well into adulthood due to advances in treatment. At Johns Hopkins All Children’s, we continue to provide care for our pediatric patients as they enter adulthood as part of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease program.

We provide care for teens and adults with known congenital heart disease (CHD) or those newly diagnosed with CHD, who benefit from being seen by a cardiologist with expertise in congenital issues. We see adult patients in Tampa and St. Petersburg, and some services for adult cardiology patients may also be available in Sarasota and North Port, depending on each patient’s condition.
