Everything is in one convenient location online or in the HealtheLife mobile app on your smart phone.

How Do I Sign Up for MyHealth?
All new patients will be enrolled in MyHealth online at their first appointment. If you have issues accessing your account, please call 727-767-4282.

Who Can Participate in MyHealth and Who Sees this Information?
As a parent, legal guardian or young adult, we understand your concern about safeguarding health information for you or your child. Only you will have access to the information provided on MyHealth. Please do not share your user name or password with anyone.
You are eligible if you are:
- A parent or legal guardian of a patient.
- A patient age 18 or older.
- A parent or legal guardian with proof of continued legal guardianship of patients who are 18 or older.
How do I activate my MyHealth account?
Once you have supplied us with your information, including your email address; you will receive an invitation to set up your account. The following steps will help you complete setting up and activating your account:
- In the email invitation, you will be asked to click on the Accept Invitation link.
- Once connected, select the appropriate role (I manage/I am) in the drop-down box and click Continue.
- I manage refers to a parent or guardian of the patient.
- I am refers to a patient 18 years old or above.
This will complete the activation process and you will have access to health information for you and your child from Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, Johns Hopkins Outpatient Care locations and All Children’s Specialty Physician Offices.

Please remember your username and password for continued access. You will need them each time you log into MyHealth.

Where Can I Access MyHealth?
Because MyHealth is a secure network system and uses encrypted messaging, you can access health information for your or your child on any computer or your HealtheLife app on your smart phone. The HealtheLife app is available for both Apple and Android smart phones.
