Service Excellence Manager
Danielle is the Service Excellence Manager with the Department of Family Centered Care at the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, followed by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Walden University. Danielle has been in the medical field for over 18 years and has worked in several specialties in the Pinellas county area.

Patient and Family Relations Specialist
Yaritza Diaz Collet is the Patient and Family Relations Specialist at the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2021. In her role, she provides guidance and care to our patients and families at the hospital during their stay. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Secretarial Sciences with Word Processing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, followed by a Master's Degree in Counseling with specialty in School Counseling and Human Services from the University of Phoenix.

Donna Madden

Donna Madden

Patient and Family Relations Specialist
Donna Madden is a Patient and Family Relations Specialist in the hematology-oncology, neurosciences and the neonatal intensive care units. She joined the hospital staff in 2007 launching the Family Representative position. She attended Florida Southwestern State College, Eastern Florida State College and New School for Social Research.

Jessica Jensen

Jessica Jensen

Experience Coordinator
Jessica is the experience coordinator at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2022 shortly after earning her master's degree in public health from the University of South Florida. Jessica has a background in case management and has spent over 20 years working to support women and children living in low-income communities. In her current role, she is responsible for ensuring that the hospital experience is a positive one by promoting mutual understanding and cooperation between the hospital staff and patients and their families.
