Announcing MyChart: a new patient portal from Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital
On October 3 Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital will transition to the MyChart Patient Portal, powered by Epic. Current MyHealth users can call 727-767-8606 to establish a MyChart account that will be ready for activation on October 3. Some of the health information from your MyHealth account will be transferred over to MyChart for continuity and convenience. MyChart is easy to navigate and offers many features, and we hope you’ll enjoy this new user experience.
With the Johns Hopkins All Children’s MyHealth portal, you can manage your child’s health care in one convenient online location. You also can access the portal by downloading the HealtheLife mobile app onto your smart phone.
How MyHealth Works
MyHealth allows you to access your child’s health care information, day or night, in one easy-to-use location. With MyHealth and the HealtheLife mobile app, you can:

- Discharge documentation
- Health issues
- Lab results
- Radiology (X-rays, CT scans, MRI, etc.)
- Visit summaries
- View upcoming appointments
- Request an appointment
- Message your provider

How to Sign Up for MyHealth
All new patients or parent/legal guardian of patients will have the option to receive an email invitation to enroll in MyHealth at their first appointment. The invitation will expire after 90 days. If the invitation expires or you have issues with your account, please call our Health Information department at 727-767-4282 to resend the invitation and assist you with any questions you might have. If you choose not to enroll at your first appointment and would like to enroll, please contact the Health Information department to generate an invitation.
Who Can Access MyHealth?
We understand your concern about safeguarding health information for you or your child. Only you will have access to the information provided on MyHealth. Please do not share your user name or password with anyone.
You are eligible to access MyHealth if you are:
- A parent or legal guardian of a patient
- A patient age 18 or older
- A parent or legal guardian with proof of continued legal guardianship of patients who are 18 or older
Note: On the patient’s 18th birthday, please contact the Health Information department to determine next steps on reactivating the account.
