We provide metabolomics services for researchers in a wide range of medical specialties and disciplines.
The Molecular Determinants Core at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital provides state-of-the-art services for researchers in metabolomics, lipidomics, peptidomics and proteomics. We have developed a process to isolate proteins, peptides, metabolites and lipids from the same sample, in a manner compatible with both targeted and profiling mass spectrometry technologies.
We support a wide range of clinical studies from sample collection, processing and storage, to complex clinical data analysis, offering competitive pricing.
The Molecular Determinants Core is a collaborative effort between Johns Hopkins All Children’s in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore with support from the All Children’s Research Institute. We strive to act as a focal point and resource for the free exchange of knowledge, method development, sharing of experience, strengthening of intra- and inter-institutional collaborations in “omics” technologies, and fostering interactions with industry and leaders in the field of integrative biology.
