Mindy Duren A.R.N.P., FNP-BC

Melinda Duren is a pediatric hematology/oncology nurse practitioner in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s CanSurvive Clinic. She joined the hospital staff in 2010. In her role, Duren provides new patients with treatment summaries, reviews diagnostic tests and sees and manages survivorship patients. Duren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.

Louise James R.N., B.S.N., CPHON

Louise James is a nurse coordinator in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s CanSurvive Clinic. She joined the hospital staff in 1996. In her role, James manages patient scheduling, prepares all documents for patient visits, requests outside records and triages all survivorship phone calls and staff clinics. James earned her Associate Degree in Nursing form Hillsborough Community College in Tampa, Florida, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix.
