Critical care at Johns Hopkins All Children's is comprised of providers with pediatric experience at every level of your child's care team.

In the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, our team of highly trained and skilled pediatric intensive care specialists care for your child. Each year, the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) treats approximately 1,800 children with a variety of medical and surgical illnesses. All of our pediatric intensive care specialists are board certified or board eligible through the American Board of Pediatrics.
