Johns Hopkins All Children’s Home Care

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Home Care will close in June 2020. Our team is working with families and physicians to place patients with other home care providers. We appreciate the opportunity to work with these patients and families through the years.

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Home Care offers home health services designed to meet the special medical and developmental needs of children at each stage of development, from infants through teens. We offer our patients a coordinated, case management approach through direct care as well as partnering with our patients' community providers.

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Home Care brings the hospital’s tradition of excellence right to our patients’ homes, working closely with families and physicians in our extended referral region. Our coordinated approach focuses on developing a plan that is convenient, economical and meets a family’s unique needs and schedule. For children being discharged from the hospital, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Home Care can provide continuity of care through pre-discharge education and standardization of care (using the same procedures, equipment and supplies as in the hospital, when possible).

Our clinical staff is available by phone 24 hours a day to assist the patient’s family and physician. Same day delivery of medical supplies and/or equipment is available. Our patient services specialists can work with families and their health insurance representatives to help the claims process proceed smoothly and to provide any necessary documentation.

Johns Hopkins All Children's Home Care received The Joint Commission three-year gold seal of approval in June 2017.
