Rolando Encarnacion Guzman, M.D.

Dr. Rolando Encarnacion Guzman is a second-year Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellow from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, then completed a pediatric residency at the University of Puerto Rico - University Pediatric Hospital Program. His academic interests include point-of-care ultrasound applications and congenital heart disease.

Michelle Hojnicki, M.D.

Dr. Michelle Hojnicki is a senior Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellow from Boca Raton, Florida. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed a pediatric residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Her academic interests include a focus on nutrition and breastfeeding/breastmilk.

Dr. Jennifer Lee is a senior Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellow from Cerritos, California. She graduated from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev Faculty of Health Sciences, then completed a pediatric residency at the Jersey Shore Medical University Medical Center.

Ana Martinez, M.D.

Dr. Ana Martinez comes to us from Chicago, IL where she completed her residency from McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University Pediatric Program. Ana's research interest includes Health Care Disparities and Hemodynamics. She enjoys traveling, Scuba Diving, Yoga, and Painting.

McKenna Straus, M.D.

Dr. Straus wanted to pursue her fellowship where she completed her pediatric residency at, Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. McKenna has broad research interests. During her downtime, McKenna enjoys spending time with her dog Zoey, boating, kayaking, and any water sports. She is also a big supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs Football team.

Darah Yuhas, M.D.

Dr. Darah Yuhas is a second-year Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellow from Tallahassee, FL. She graduated from Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, then completed a pediatric residency and chief residency at the Integrated Pediatric Residency Training Program of the Wright State University School of Medicine. Her academic interests include breastfeeding and optimal nutrition in preterm infants.
