Laura Drach, D.O. Pediatric Medicine
Dr. Drach specializes in hospice and palliative care medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She was one of the founding members of and serves as the division chief for the pediatric palliative care program at the hospital. She joined the hospital staff as a bedside nurse in 1994. Dr. Drach won the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital clinical collaboration and teamwork award in the 2016 Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Excellence Awards.

Stacie Stapleton, M.D. Hematology / Oncology
Dr. Stapleton is the director of pediatric neuro-oncology at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Dr. Stapleton joined the hospital in 2007 and is double-board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in general pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology. She has formal training in pediatric neuro-oncology. Dr. Stapleton is on the Pediatric Palliative Care Team at Johns Hopkins All Children’s and she specializes in symptom control and end of life care. She has been awarded numerous grants for phase I studies for patients with brain and spinal cord tumors as well as clinical research in pediatric palliative care. Dr. Stapleton’s research experience includes investigator-initiated and multi-center research projects.

Paola Dees, M.D. Hospitalist
Dr. Dees joined the All Children’s Hospitalist service in 2011. She is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the University of South Florida College of Medicine and All Children's Hospital. Dr. Dees is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical and Gold Humanism Honor Societies. She has a strong interest in medical education and has published several articles on medical student education online with the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Dees is board certified in pediatrics and is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Siraj is a pediatric hospitalist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2014. Dr. Siraj earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine. She completed her intern year at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital and completed her pediatric residency at the University of South Florida.

Sue Sreedhar, M.D. Critical Care Medicine
Dr. Sreedhar is a critical care and palliative care physician in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. Her clinical focus is on aggressive and holistic patient-centered care in the PICU and teaching the next generation of critical care clinicians. She joined the hospital staff in 2016. Dr. Sreedhar received her medical degree from Madurai Medical College in Madurai, India. She trained in pediatrics at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, where she served as chief resident in pediatrics and completed a critical care fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in California.

Dr. Williams specializes in pediatric palliative and hospice medicine at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the hospital staff in 2017. She received her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and is currently working on an M.B.A. in health care from the University of Massachusetts. Dr. Williams trained in pediatrics at Tulane School of Medicine and Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Louisiana and completed a fellowship in pediatric palliative and hospice medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
