Jackie Crain

Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief of Staff

Jackie Crain, J.D., M.B.A., serves as the vice president, chief strategy officer and chief of staff at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. In this role she leads strategic business services, including strategic planning and business development initiatives for Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and the All Children’s Health System entities, along with clinical and academic affiliations. She oversees the governance structure for each of the nine entities related to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital and she serves as the lead executive for risk and claims management.

Crain has served in an number of roles for the organization dating back to 2003. Since 2003, Crain has provided leadership and legal counsel to support the organization's growth in strategic collaborations, dramatically expand the physician enterprise, and build a new hospital and supportive campus facilities. Notably, Crain was instrumental in the development and implementation of the collaboration between All Children's Hospital and Johns Hopkins Medicine and the transformation into a pediatric academic health system.

Ms. Crain earned her B.S. from Florida State University and her M.B.A and J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
