Strategic Plan

We're working in a rapidly changing health care environment. With the input of a multidisciplinary team of faculty and staff, Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital developed a five-year strategic plan to lead the change. The plan guides our business strategies and decisions with a focus on six strategic priorities in which we'll invest our time and resources-people, biomedical discovery, patient- and family-centered care, education, integration and performance. Your continued commitment to Johns Hopkins All Children's will help us advance our legacy of innovation and excellence in patient care, research and education. Click below to learn more.
