Background
Dr. Amin is Chief Medical Informatics Officer at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. She also works as a pediatric hospitalist and is a member of several medical staff committees. She joined the hospital staff in 1991 as an academic pediatrician.
Dr. Amin was named William Baumgartner Physician of the Year for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in the Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards for 2020. She previously received the Armstrong Award for Excellence in Quality and Safety in 2015.
After graduating from the six-year honors medical program at the City College of New York and SUNY at Stonybrook, Dr. Amin completed her pediatric residency at The Babies Hospital in New York City. She is board certified in pediatrics.
