The Ronald McDonald House offers private bedrooms with bathrooms. One bedroom is available per family, with up to four people per room.
Families share common areas that include a kitchen, dining room, living room, recreation room, patio and playground. Some meals are provided and basic pantry items are available. A room request may be made up to 30 days in advance with a required confirmation the day of arrival. All adults 18 years and older must have a photo ID and have a criminal background check. A donation of $10 a night per family is suggested, but families will not be turned away if they are unable to pay. Check-in is from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
