Your online connection to your child's health information
At Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, we know that parents are very important members of their child's care team, and MyHealth provides you with information to help you manage your child's health.
MyHealth is a free service that gives you easy online access to some of your child's important health information. MyHealth helps you play an active role in keeping your child as healthy as possible.
Using MyHealth you can see:
- Clinical record (includes immunizations given at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital & allergies)
- Lab results
- Discharge Instructions
- Procedures (surgeries, etc.)
- Download & send (lets you save and transmit information)
- Health issues (illnesses & problems)
- Home Medication List
How can I sign up to use MyHealth?
A patient registration specialist will ask you if you'd like to sign a consent form to join MyHealth. You can also visit any Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital location to tell us you'd like to sign up. After you sign a consent form and give us your email address, you will receive an email inviting you to activate your account online by creating a username and password. If you don't go online to register within 90 days, you will have to call the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Information Technology help desk at 727-767-4884 and ask for another activation email. If you are registered with Johns Hopkins All Children’s MyHealth and then have problems using the site, please call 877-621-8014.
Is it secure?
Using MyHealth is a lot like using online banking. Our site is secure and uses encrypted email messaging. You control the security because only you have access to the information. Please do not share your username and password with anyone else.
What if the patient is over 18?
Patients age 18 or older may sign up for their own MyHealth account. Parents or guardians do not have access when the patient is over 18 (except with proof of continued legal guardianship after age 18).
Will I see information from all of my child's physicians?
Yes-When your child has an inpatient stay, summaries and discharge instructions from all physicians are available.
No-For outpatient visits with physicians, at this time only All Children's Specialty Physicians are able to provide office or clinic visit summaries and upcoming appointments on MyHealth.
Can I view MyHealth on a smart phone?
Yes, you can view it using a computer, tablet or smart phone.
