The Johns Hopkins All Children's endocrinology and diabetes program provides diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care for children, teens and young adults with endocrine and diabetes disorders. Our team of experts consists of physicians, nurses, diabetes educators, dietitians and social workers who work closely with patients and caregivers to create an individualized treatment plan. We provide services for both inpatients and outpatients and support patients from initial diagnosis to the transition to adult care.

Endocrine disorders can affect how a child grows and develops and also can contribute to the development of diabetes. We offer established and newly diagnosed diabetes patients and their families education classes that are taught by our certified diabetes educators.

In addition to our comprehensive care, we have access to pediatric specialists and subspecialists throughout our hospital and can provide a seamless transition for patients who need additional specialty care beyond our services.
