Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation: A Program for Patients and Families

Join us on Saturday, February 10 for the Matters of the Heart educational symposium for patients and families. This year’s program will focus on Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation. Guests will hear from Johns Hopkins All Children’s Heart Institute Specialists as well as other patients' experiences.
